You looked up a custom song for your husband because another object is the wrong gift.

A custom song for your husband is one original song. His name can sit in the chorus. A place, a habit, or a sentence only the two of you would mention can sit in a verse. Songs For Your Story writes it for $40. You pay first on the pricing section, then submit the intake. You get an MP3 within 48 hours after the intake is submitted. We do not promise anything faster.

This page is the note and the room: a kitchen birthday, an anniversary with no guests, or a Tuesday with no party. If the gift is for your wife, use the custom song for your wife page. Gift cards are on the custom song gift page. A cake and a speaker are on the custom birthday songs page. Which details belong in any song is on the personalized song gift page. Other prices are on the custom song cost page. Same $40 song. If a number and the checkout disagree, you pay the checkout price.

The player above is our example, Happy Birthday Ashley (Maddox Higgins). It is not a song about a husband, and not a customer order. Your chorus comes from the note you send.

What you receive

You receive one MP3. It plays from a phone, a car, or a small speaker. He does not need an account. The $40 does not add a second version, a video, or a printed lyric sheet. We do not cover a famous song and paste his name on it. There is no fee for a file sooner than 48 hours after the intake. You can pay alone. The homepage is the same $40 offer.

Birthday, anniversary, or no party

Pick one job before you write. One song cannot be a surprise party, a private joke, and a thank-you from the kids at once. Say the job in the intake.

A kitchen birthday needs his everyday name in the chorus, plus one fact the table already knows. Play yours while people are still standing. What changes for a husband is which joke stays in the car, and what his mother can hear.

An anniversary with no crowd fits a car, a quiet kitchen, or the driveway. Mark the listen private. Do not plan a toast around a file that is still on its way.

No party is allowed. A Sunday, or a hard week at his work. Text the file, or press play with the coffee. Put "no party" in the form. A tool still in the box is a reason to order. It is not a chorus. Name a small thing he does.

How it compares with the gifts he usually gets

What to put in the note

After you pay, you should be the only writer. If a kid wants a line, they text you one fact. Write it for someone who has never met him.

Genre, in one sentence

Pick one feel. We do not cover a chart song and paste his name on it. Warm country fits a kitchen or a driveway, with one joke and a kind last chorus. Acoustic fits an anniversary in the car. Steady classic rock fits a loud kitchen. A slower R&B feel fits a private listen, so say "no party."

If you do not have artists in mind, warm, his name in the chorus, no roast is enough.

A filled intake you can copy

These are labeled composites. They are not people we recorded, and they are not the example in the player.

Composite, a 45th at the kitchen table:

Composite, a 12th, no guests. Daniel, with Danny only in verse two. The truck to the coast, blue cooler in the back, and the garage radio left on while he works. Number 12 in a verse. Acoustic, in the driveway. If the file is not in, dinner still happens.

A note like either of those can become a song. The line "make it romantic" cannot. If you only have his name, add one place.

How to order the song

The song arrives within 48 hours after you submit the intake. The clock starts when the form is in, not when you only pay. We do not promise anything faster. For a Saturday listen plus a speaker test the day before, have the intake in by Wednesday. The file can take the full 48 hours.

  1. Pay $40 and open the intake the same day. Put the date and the job: kitchen, restaurant, car, garage, or a private text.
  2. His name, a pronunciation if needed, the nickname rule, how you met in one scene, two or three facts, the feel, and if a number gets sung.
  3. Rename the MP3 with his name. Keep a copy on the phone in the room, and another in a message to yourself. Do not count on restaurant wifi.
  4. Play it once the day before, in the real place. A driveway is better if he might get quiet.
  5. If the file is not in tonight, have dinner anyway. Send the song when it arrives. Do not hunt for a backup in front of him.

Checklist before you pay

Then send the intake. The file does not place itself on the speaker. When the note is ready, Buy a Song.
